Yes, you can ship ashes internationally, but you must follow your country’s postal regulations. Our team provides guidance on proper packaging and documentation to ensure safe delivery to our workshop.

Yes. Every order comes with tracking information, so you can monitor your package from our store to your door.

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days for shipping after production.

  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and postal service.
    Custom or engraved pieces may take 1–3 weeks to create before shipping.

Losses are extremely rare, but we always recommend using tracked and insured shipping for peace of mind. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is shipped, and we’ll notify you once it safely arrives at our studio.

Ordering Ash-Infused Jewelry

After you place your order, we’ll send you a discreet ash collection kit with step-by-step instructions. It includes a small labeled container, a secure return envelope, and our artisan's shipping address. Simply collect a tiny pinch of ashes (about ¼ teaspoon), seal them in the provided container, and ship using USPS, FedEx, or your preferred tracked carrier.

We only need a very small amount—typically less than half a teaspoon. Any unused ashes will be carefully sealed and returned to you with your completed jewelry.

We strongly recommend using our official ash collection kit, as it includes everything needed for safe and respectful shipment. However, if you prefer, you may use a small sealed plastic bag placed inside a sturdy envelope or box—just be sure to include your order number and full name.

We treat every shipment with the utmost care and respect. Each package is clearly labeled and stored separately in a secure area until your jewelry is created. Any unused ashes are returned to you with your finished piece.

Orders & Returns

Because each cremation jewelry piece is custom-made and often contains ashes, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. This ensures every piece is crafted uniquely and respectfully for your loved one.

Yes. For non-customized or non–ash-infused products, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service before sending anything back.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost. Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Simply email or call our customer care team with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. We’ll provide clear instructions for returning your item or arranging a repair.

For non-ash pieces, we may offer resizing, exchange, or store credit options. For ash-infused jewelry, we handle adjustments on a case-by-case basis to ensure the ashes remain safe and intact. Please contact us to discuss available solutions.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once the creation process or ash collection begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

If a refund or cancellation is approved before production begins, all ashes received will be promptly and respectfully returned using tracked shipping. Once ashes have been infused into jewelry, refunds are no longer available.

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping. For standard returns of non-customized items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
