1. Order Processing

  • Standard items are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Ash-infused or personalized items require additional preparation and have a processing time of up to 14 business days before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including tracking information when available.

 
 

2. Ash-Infused Items – Customer Responsibilities

  • For ash-infused items, customers are responsible for safely shipping ashes to us.

  • Please ensure ashes are packaged securely and in accordance with local shipping regulations.

  • Starlight Urns is not responsible for damage or delays resulting from shipping ashes.

  • Once received, your ash-infused item will be prepared and shipped following the 14-day processing window

 
 

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (United States, lower 48 states):

    • Standard Shipping: 3‑7 business days once shipped.

    • Expedited Shipping: 1‑3 business days (additional cost).

  • U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: Transit time may be longer.

  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 7‑21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

    • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 
 

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $4.80 per order, regardless of order size, weight, or destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over $50.

  • Expedited shipping costs are additional.

 
 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
